There will be an in-house certified lead carpenter that will manage your project with regular supervision to insure the project progresses smoothly. The lead carpenter will be committed to completing the project to your satisfaction, while remaining on a timely schedule.
What time will daily work begin and end?
Detomaso Construction likes to start at the beginning of the day. This time frame may vary depending on homeowner and contractor's schedule, but will be discussed prior to each day beginning.
Can work be scheduled on weekends?
A usual work week is Monday through Friday. Some work may be required for weekend scheduling depending on job progress.
Who will I talk to about change orders/project changes?
Change orders to a project will be addressed with the lead carpenter. However, changes may cause delays and increase the cost to your project. We will work with you to incorporate any changes that you see fit.
Who do I talk to if there are problems or scheduling conflicts?
If there is any problem or scheduling conflict the lead carpenter will address any issues with the homeowner.
What kind of cleanup will take place at the end of each day?
